You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. When you sign in with Google, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed for video generation.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Impersonates real individuals without consent
• Is intended to deceive or defraud others (deepfakes)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input (prompts, images). Videos generated through the Service are granted to you with full commercial rights — you may use them for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes without attribution.

HappyHorse AI retains ownership of the underlying models, algorithms, and platform technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHorse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
